I love Fresh Bootcamp Workouts because it gives heaps of variety. I know myself when I train I get bored easy so to have lots of different options / sessions / games etc to be able to add into my planning is awesome. Even having the base plan and being able to mix up the exercises to keep everyone interested is great eg. Using the Push up suicides format you can do so many other workouts and utilise so many other exercises.
